Automatic Child Support Payments (APW)

Skip the paperwork and the mail. Automatic Payment Withdrawal (APW) lets you pay your child support directly from your bank account. If you're approved, you can use this instead of having payments taken out of your paycheck.

Do I Qualify?

You can use APW if:

  • ✅ Your address is verified with ORS
  • ✅ Your case is handled only by Utah ORS (no other states or tribes involved)
  • ✅ You do not have an active bankruptcy
  • ✅ You haven’t been disqualified from APW in the last year

How to Sign Up

  1. Check Eligibility: Call your caseworker at 801-536-8500 to verify your address and confirm you qualify.
  2. Log In: Visit ORS NOW to log in or create a new account.
  3. Enroll: Click the "Automatic Payment Withdrawal" button on your account home screen and follow the prompts.

Important: APW is managed by ORS. This is not the same as "Bill Pay" through your personal bank.
