Statistics for child support

The following statistics come from a standard report that ORS submits to the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement. On September 30 of each year, all child support programs take a “snapshot” of their databases and gather data for this report. This process gives states a uniform way to compare child support program performance.

Dates are for the federal fiscal year. This starts on October 1 and ends on September 30 of the year given. The 2020 fiscal year, for example, started on October 1, 2019 and ended on September 30, 2020.
