In-Person Child Support Payments

ORS accepts cash, credit or debit cards, and e-check payments in person using the TouchPay kiosks in our offices in Taylorsville, Ogden, Provo, or St. George. 

The kiosks are self-service. You do not need to interact with ORS staff to use them.

In-person payments carry fees to cover the extra costs of those methods. 

With credit or debit cards, the fee is 2.9% of the payment amount. 

• For example, if you pay $200, the fee would be $5.80

Credit and debit cards must be a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

With cash and e-checks, the fee is $3 for the first $100, then $1 for each additional $100. The maximum fee is $15.

For ongoing child support payments, ORS recommends using methods of payment with no fees or only minimal ones.

Payments must be made during ORS office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

To pay in person, you need to bring a photo ID. 

You will be asked to enter your first and last name. You will have to give either your Social Security number or your ORS participant ID. 

We sometimes need 3 to 5 business days to process payments. ORS may also hold payments over $2,500 for 21 days so the funds can clear. The kiosks cannot accept payments over $9,999.99.
