Obtaining Information
The Office of Recovery Services provides a number of ways for constituents
and others to obtain or report information.

Child support cases
|
ORS operates a trained Customer Service Unit (CSU) to provide
child support case status and answer case-specific questions from custodial
parents, non-custodial parents, and third parties-- such as employers-- when
information cannot be obtained via ACCESS.

Public Assistance Fraud
|
Effective July 1, 2003, the Department of Workforce Services assumed responsibility for investigating public assistance fraud,
collecting public assistance overpayments, and operating the fraud hotline.

Fraud Hotline: Callers may leave anonymous information regarding possible
incidents of fraud for public assistance programs 7 days a week, 24 hours per
day
