Due to a problem with the security certificates which allow the ORS computer system to safely and securely transmit payments to the bank, support payments could not be disbursed on August 13th and 14th. A solution was found, and payments began normal processing again on August 17th. Clients began receiving these payments on August 18th.
ORS, the Department of Technology Services, and the bank have worked to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
