How to Contact ORS
Important information about email correspondence:
If you contact ORS by email rather than call or write a letter, ORS will respond within ten business days. If it has not been ten business days since your email, please do not call or re-send an email to follow up because this will delay our ability to respond in a timely manner. Also, when emailing, please include identifying information, such as an ORS case number, custodial parent's full name, and non-custodial parent's full name (or the other person on the case) and your phone number. Please do not include full Social Security numbers on any email correspondence; you may provide the last four digits of the number, if necessary.
