How to Contact ORS
Important information about email correspondence:
If you choose to send ORS an email rather than call or write a letter, you can expect a response within ten business days. If it has not been ten business days since your email, please do not call or resend an email to follow up. This will only delay our ability to respond in a timely manner. Also, when emailing, please include identifying information, such as an ORS case number and/or custodial parent's full name and non-custodial parent's full name (or the other person on the case) and your phone number. Please do not include social security numbers on any email correspondence.
